Rental Agreements
The Hirer is the sole custodian of the equipment or item during the period of hire or rental and therefore the sole person responsible for any damage or injury that the equipment or item could cause to the Hirer or a third party.For items that have the potential to cause injury (eg a chainsaw) we recommend that the Owner prints and uses the following Rental Agreement between the Owner and the Hirer of the item.
